As Head of Data & Analytics at Eurobankpb, I managed a portfolio of strategic initiatives, including defining and implementing the bank's new Data Strategy, delivering critical Regulatory Reporting, enhancing Operational and Group Reporting, and initiating the migration project to the Microsoft Cloud Azure as well as introduction of Predictive analysis within IT. Below are my key responsibilities:

• Led Management and implementation of regulatory projects like AML, KYC, GDPR, FINREP/COREP, migration from Basel III to Basel IV, etc...
• Managed project portfolios using methodologies like Agile and Waterfall
• Define and implement Data and Analytics strategy to support the bank objectives and Migrate to a new CoreBanking Platform
• Lead a team of Data Scientist and Data engineers to ensure high quality deliverables and introduce Predictive Analysis initiatives
• Enhanced and optimized the data pipelines processes to ensure the performance and the reliability of the DATAWAREHOUSE
• Collaborated with all the stakeholders of the bank(Back office, Compliance, Loans And Deposits, Corporate, etc... ) to ensure data governance policies, and prioritize deliverables
